■ INDIA, AHMEDABAD: Whilst eating some mystery potato dish at a street food cart in Ahmedabad, I got to talking with some other customers about the lack of protein in Indian food. One of them suggested I go to a famous restaurant around the corner that specialized in chicken dishes.
