In this London travel vlog we find out that the scotch egg isn't Scottish! We discovered that the scotch egg actually originated in London at Forntum and Mason. British food will never be the same again! So, we visited their Piccadilly shop to speak with Dr Andrea Turner about the history of the scotch egg and how it relates to Fortnum & Mason.
This is the first of our new hostel series where we will be partnering with Safestay Hostels and traveling around the UK & Europe using their new Safestay Rail Pass. Our first stay is at the Safestay Holland Park hostel, which is located inside of Holland Park itself, in central London.
We also visit Portobello Market in Notting Hill where we do some bargain hunting!
