How To Grill Ribs - Hot And Fast BBQ Pork Ribs - Honey Chipotle BBQ Ribs

I Grilled these BBQ Pork Ribs in about 2 hours using my Weber Kettle Grill. It has been several years since I cooked Ribs like this. It was a nice change of pace. These BBQ ribs had a slight smoked flavor, but what set them apart was the grilled flavor that came through.
While I did leave the membrane on the Ribs, it was undetectable as it seemed to cook off during the grilling process.
If you are considering making BBQ Ribs using the Hot and Fast method, I recommend using a simple BBQ Rub with no sugar so it doesn't burn while you are grilling them.
The BBQ Sauce I used for these Ribs was a small can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (blended) with honey, vinegar and butter. I must say that that sauce complimented the Ribs nicely. The flavor profile was a nice sweet heat with a little tang from the vinegar.
While I cooked these Baby Back Ribs on my Weber Kettle Grill, any grill that you can direct cook on will work, as long as you have a cool zone set up after the Ribs have been grilled to your satisfaction to finish the cooking process.
