One reason why I like this REIT and own shares myself is they are very well covered and capitalized - meaning they can raise money to expand the business when other less followed REITs are able to. The company’s stock has been making a big move over the past few months so we discuss if now is a good time to buy or if you can wait to get shares of Realty Income at a better price.
