10 years ago, pain controlled how I moved #shorts

10 years ago, I lived with constant pain.

My lower back hurt.
My posture felt off.
My body didn’t move the way it should.

I trained hard for years, but most workouts focused on single muscles.
They made me tired — not better.

Everything changed when I stopped isolating muscles
and started training my body as one connected system.

By working with the back and front fascia lines,
my movement patterns improved,
my alignment slowly changed,
and my body started feeling more balanced over time.

This video shows one exercise that played a role in that process.
Not a quick fix.
Just consistent, intentional movement.
