1987 Mack R686ST Eastern (My First Truck)

Here she is folks 1987 Mack R686ST Eastern DayCab. Truck spent it’s pulling end dumps around Chicago, Illinois from brand new 1987 until the day we bought it in April of 2022, lots of restoration & technical love care done to the truck which included repainting it from white to Dodge Ram Red, new JonesPerformace Eastern R Hood, 10 new Hankook Semi Truck 24.5 Tires & 10 new aluminum wheels, Mack Bluetooth Radio, new Driver Airide seat, mudflaps, & more prior to the American Truck Historical Society National Truck & Tractor Convention Show in Springfield, Illinois of 2022 about 2 1/2 hours southwest of it’s hometown, truck has 661,120 miles & is a AirShift 6 Speed (TRXL1071A) with a 3.87 Gear Ratio with Camelback 12/38’s & is quite the show truck. Top speed with new tires can be up to 70 MPH at 2400 RPM. Truck was purchased for the use of show & non commercial use just have as a toy, it also happens to be my first truck so very very unique for someone to practice learning to drive & shift a commercial vehicle with this beauty.
