How To Use Arctic Mist Diluter | ARCTIC FOX HAIR COLOR

Here's a quickie for ya showing you how to use Arctic Mist Diluter to create lightened, or "pastel" shades of your favorite colors!

Remember, Arctic Mist Diluter is a diluter (hence the name) and is not a lightener or bleach. It will not color your hair white, since it is not a dye.

The lighter you want your color to be, the lighter you will need your hair to be or the color won't come out properly! Pastels usually need above level 8 hair! We always recommend doing strand tests to make sure it'll come out how you want it :)
