Trying To Cure My Chronic Fatigue (ME/CFS) & Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)

Today I'm talking about my chronic illnesses, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and what seems to be Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and what I'm doing to try and cure them. I'm sharing my research on these illnesses as well as my recent learnings about another illness called Beriberi which has very similar symptoms and is caused by a Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) deficiency. My intent in talking about chronic illness is not to complain but to hopefully bring hope to anyone out there also suffering from an "invisible" illness. Hope, that there IS an answer out there!!

I am determined to get to the bottom of it and I'm willing to be the "guinea pig" and try out some things to see if I can improve or clear up my symptoms. Even though I've been sick for over 10 years, most of those years I was not actively looking for solutions. At the start of my illness, at the age of 17, I was desperate to get better! But after my tests kept coming back normal and there seemed to be no answers from doctors I just sort of learned to adapt to my new "life" and stopped trying to get better. Things had sort of mellowed out after a while so it wasn't until I got some flareups in recent years that I began on down a road of my own, researching, testing, and attempting to solve the mystery again.
