The Best Coconut Oil Popcorn!🍿🔥

Ingredients
3 tbsp LouAna coconut oil (enough to pool in the bottom, don't be shy)
1/2 cup yellow popcorn kernels (enough to form a single layer, not overlapping)
Sea salt, 3 light pinches applied in 3 separate rounds

Instructions
1. Put your sauce pot on the stove over high heat and let it get PIPING hot. No oil yet, you want the pot itself ready to work.
2. Add the coconut oil to the hot pot. You want it to pool in the bottom, be generous here, this is not the time to be shy. Let it melt and get hot.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the kernels, just enough to form a single layer across the bottom of the pot. No overlapping. Every kernel needs its own real estate.
4. Now here's where the magic happens. Add one light pinch of sea salt and swirl the kernels. Add a second light pinch and swirl again. Add the third light pinch and DON'T swirl this time. Let it sit right on top of the kernels so it sticks on contact when they pop.
5. Put the lid on and let those kernels do their thing over the heat. You'll hear it go crazy, that's right. Stay close.
6. The second you hear the last kernel pop, cut the fire immediately. Let the pot sit undisturbed for 10 seconds, this lets any stragglers finish without burning what's already popped.
7. Pour the popcorn into a bowl. No butter. No extra salt. No nothing. You're done, and it's perfect exactly like this.
