But the human world was very different from theirs and their once tranquil existence of tending to nature was now in peril. All they wanted to do was drink mugs of their special frothy brew, chat with the trees, and create new inventions. But the adventure was heading in their direction in the human world whether they liked it or not. The story of the Woolly Snotts is told from the gnomes' perspective, not as one may have thought, from the children's perspective. For the very first time, the gnomes tell their story and, indeed it is a truly magical tale.
