1 whole dressed chicken

FOR THE MARINADE:

1 cup soy sauce
6-8 pcs calamansi or 1 pc lemon
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2-3 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp salt
5 or more pcs tanglad
1 whole crushed garlic
2 tbsp cooking wine
