James Taylor / Joni Mitchell - All I Want (TheBarn, Sep 22, 2019)

Blue is the fourth studio album by Joni Mitchell, released on June 22, 1971, by Reprise Records and featuring James Taylor on guitar. The album was written and produced by Joni and was recorded in 1971 at A&M Studios in LA.

In 2019, Brandi Carlile asked James to re-create his guitar part for Joni’s song “All I Want” from “Blue” in advance of Carlile’s Walt Disney Hall (LA) performance of the full album. Carlile reprised the concert at Carnegie Hall in 2021 which also celebrated the album’s 50th Anniversary.
