1987 NAWS Pt Mugu Airshow Part 1 - Static Displays

Naval Air Weapons Station Pt Mugu hosted an airshow on October 18, 1987. A Boeing-Vertol HH-46A Sea Knight patrolled the airfield before the airshow began. A wide variety of airplanes were on static display, including many types that are no longer in service. A Lockheed C-130E Hercules fired up its turbo-prop engines in preparation for taking a load of parachutists aloft.
