Idiot Trucker and Moron Pick-up Driver

PLEASE READ BEFORE LEAVING A COMMENT:
I thought this was a pretty straight forward video but considering some of the comments I’m getting, clearly I have to explain things a bit more.
First, people are saying that the truck slowed down because it was going up hill. There were some minor changes. Some slightly uphill, some slightly downhill, but the changes in grade were small enough that even a loaded truck shouldn’t have had this much difficulty. And if it was, that just shows he shouldn't have been in the left lane to begin with.
Second, people are saying that the truck didn’t squeeze me out because his front wheels didn’t cross the line. As you may know, rear wheels of a truck come in closer than the front wheels when going around a turn, so his rear wheels were in my lane. I didn’t explain this because I thought it was common knowledge.
Third, people are saying that I didn’t give enough room for the truck to change lanes. I gave so much room that the pick-up was easily able to get in front of me, so that argument does not make sense. Also, at no point does the trucker indicate that he wants to change lanes. I hope this helps.

I'm minding my own business, driving my tour bus in the slow lane when I become surrounded by stupidity. In the first part of the video, the trucker is either unable or unwilling to pass me. I give him more room but he still doesn't show any indication that he wants to move over. He pisses off the people behind him and some guy in a white pick-up takes it out on me, even though I was in the right lane, minding my own business.
