My first time skiing in COLORADO at Telluride

The ski road trip of a lifetime is officially underway. First stop COLORADO! I’ve been dreaming of this day since I started this channel and our first ski resort on the journey is Telluride. Telluride is the wild west of Colorado ski destinations and it’s the highest mountain I’ve ever skied. My lungs almost exploded hiking the 13,319 feet or 4060 meters in-bounds sanctioned terrain up Black Iron Bowl & Palmyra peak. The views at Telluride were some of the best I’ve ever seen and my jaw was hitting the snow every single turn. From wicked steeps to groomed run perfection, Telluride had a little bit off everything. I was so happy to see that the terrain in America is just as gnarly and lawless as our Canadian ski mountains. The mountain town of Telluride is also insanely cool.

Wifi access in the van is tough so I can’t do as many edits as I normally would. I’ve included all of the run names and difficulties in the video chapters because I need wifi to create text in the videos.
