How Diplomacy Will Help Us In Climate Action | Mohammad Raza Goraya | TEDxYouth@BeaconhouseLahore
The most vulnerable countries to climate change are also the least contributing GHG countries and not the wealthiest either. As most developing countries don't have the funds to switch to renewables and plan cities on sustainable models or have green efficient technologies, they need to collectively bargain for a better deal with the developed countries to fund their adaptation efforts to climate change. Raza is a lawyer and also teaches History and Politics. He is the Co-founder of Clean Air Campaign, and has worked with the Punjab and Sindh governments on sustainable development in Pakistan. He was also one of the organizers of the Climate March 2019 (Pakistan). This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
