Live out loud, and on purpose | Neda Moayedi | TEDxUCIrvineSalon
Social media impacts our well-being…physically, mentally, and emotionally. There is power in having a mindfulness and self-awareness practice as it allows us to meet each ebb and flow of life with curiosity, instead of resistance. Mindfulness is a form of meditation but there is no one way to meditate, so find a practice (whether formal or informal) that resonates with you. Learn the importance of intentionally engaging with social media, and walk away with a new perspective and tips to implement today to live out loud, and on purpose. This talk was given on May 11th, 2021.
