The Loyal Steed-The Last Ride of My Trek 8000

My beloved Trek 8000 has finally had its last ride. I bought this Trek 8000 (used) when I was a Peace Corps volunteer in 2003. I used it as a volunteer for two years, then rode it home to Colorado at the end of my service. I rode it coast to coast, down both the East and West Coasts, and used it as my daily commuter. On April 5th, 2016, it took its last ride.
