Is that a 'beach' tree? Our visit to Praa Sands, Cornwall

With limited time we decided to walk a short section of the South West Coast Path from Praa Sands towards Porthleven, taking advantage of a glorious sunny day in January.

I never knew there was so much evidence of coastal erosion on Praa Sands beach! We found an old World War II Pill box that probably wasn't built where it sits today and even a 'Beach' Tree!

After passing Rinsey Head, our walk eventually takes us to the abandoned mine engine houses at Wheal Prosper and Wheal Trewavas.

We hope you enjoy our short trip along this stunning part of the coast path - wait, was that a camel?
