The Canadian Military needs more females in its ranks and has created a "team" to come up with ways to complete the mission. Some of the ideas are more ridiculous than helpful and Angry Drill SGT points them out. Calling Medals "Bling" shortening skirts on uniforms, and cringe posters with motivational sayings were the best they came up with. Maybe instead of patronizing potential recruits you could find a better way of promoting the benefits of joining the military.
