To increase your mobility, run with a "SMG" with a "Double Time Perk" and for the "JOKR" use the "Amped Perk" to increase the reload faster. Lastly, don't forget about the stims to increase your tactical sprint. This is my recommendation. If you have something on your own, then oh well.
