Airfryer Cinnamon Roll Cake | How to make a cinnamon roll cake in the airfryer

✨ airfryer cinnamon roll cake ✨ let’s make it!
(following recipe makes 1x 6-inch wide cake - in the video I made a double batch which is why I split the dough into two sections prior to rolling it out - but you won’t need to do this!)
for the dough:
3/4 cup or 255gr warm milk
2 1/4 tsp or 7gr yeast
1/4 cup or 50gr sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
3 cups or 384gr all purpose flour
pinch salt
for the filling:
2/3 cup or 150gr brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup or 50gr melted butter
dash of vanilla
frosting:
8oz or 224gr cream cheese ( I used mascarpone cheese because that’s what I had on hand - plus it tastes better 🫣)
3 tbsp or 45gr melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
p.s make sure to check the internal temperature before you take it out! it’s quite tricky as sometimes it doesn’t cook through all the way so make sure to check it properly 🙂
