How to attune oneself to spot XY - Chains in Classic sudokus

XY chains is a strong classic sudoku technique and not that hard to spot provided it's looked for in the right way. This video attempts to explains how to spot XY-Chains .The classic sudoku is by Swaroop and it has 33 givens and yet will still pose you a serious challenge. Can you wade through it and find all techniques needed to solve this sudoku ?

Rules :
Place a digit from 1-9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box.
