A lot of people freak out and say “Ugh, I don’t have a mentor in my life, am I ever going to be able to move up in my career.” A mentor is simply someone who is ahead of you, who has taken you under their wing to help you achieve a goal that they have reached. Do you need one to move up in your career, start a business, or be successful?!

Well, in my opinion, yes and no!
