In this video, we are on a tour of a 3-bedroom Townhouse at Arabella 3 which is Type B and a Corner Unit. It is developed by Dubai Properties, one of the top master developers of Dubai. Mudon is a gated community and is managed by Dubai Properties only.
Arabella 3 is a succession series of Arabella 1 and Arabella 2 which were super successful as a contemporary design.

Mudon has 3 entry and exit points:
Gate 1
Gate 2
Gate 3
Gate 1 and Gate 2 are connected with Al Qudra Road and Gate 3 is connected to Hessa Street.
