Would you pay $NTD 9,416 ($452 AUD) for a 1 Michelin dinner for 2 people in taiwan

It’s a 10 course degustation but we added the extra dish each, we also ordered two drinks, a juice and a cocktail.

The dishes highlight  local produce and are cooked using a French/Japanese style.

Being seated at the counter meant we can watch the open kitchen.
