You know that feeling when you have a secret and want to share it with someone? Well aside from my wife the first ones to know were my dogs. They're basically my children and I wanted them to know! But do dogs actually understand what gender identity is? Can they tell when something like gender expression has changed?

It really depends on what kind of animal as well as how frequently you see said animal but yes they are somewhat aware of changes! Check out the full video to not only see my experience telling them but also hear a couple stories about what others have experienced.
