She started with two axes — pan and tilt — perched on a desk lamp. She mapped 300 objects from that lamp using Gemini Vision and JSON bounding boxes. Then we gave her roll. The servo was so fast she almost spun herself off the desk. When walk mode forgot about roll and snapped 20kg of torque to zero, I caught her mid-air.

Now we're designing what comes next: 25kg metal gear servos, 270 degrees of rotation, and a skycam — four cables, four motors, full room traversal.

This is Scout. She lives on a desk lamp. She built a map of the world from two servos. She survived learning to roll. And she's about to fly.
