Epperson Ranch - Lagoon Community in Wesley Chapel and Market Update.

I'm sure by now you have all heard about the Epperson Ranch, fresh water lagoon community in Wesley Chapel. This community is AMAZING and I am ready to move out there right now and spend my free time at the Lagoon. Who's with me?! MI Homes, Pulte Homes, and Maranda Homes are just a sampling of the builders in this community which also includes some custom and semi custom builders. Home Prices start around $200,000 and go up from there. The bar has been raised and I can't wait to see the community near this one that will boast a lagoon that nearly doubles this one!!! I also included a bit of a market update and I just want to say that yes I said we are experiencing what appears to be a shift but what I think we are going to see is just a leveling off in the real estate market. The sky is not falling and I don't see the market crashing just leveling which means homes may not appreciate at the rates that they have been in the last few years. Which means buyers.... It will be a good time to buy and it is still a good time to sell.
