Copperhead Pre-Charge Circuit (New and Improved!)

Hello Copperhead fans! We decided to make a little quality-of-life improvement on our power switches this year. The pre-charge circuit just extends the life and reliability of the power switches, but these tweaks make the switches easier to use and remove the need for the button.
