काफी बार किसी सम्पत्ति के मालिक की मृत्यु के बाद उसका कोई एक उत्तराधिकारी अन्य उत्तराधिकारियों के होने के तथ्य को छुपाकर केवल अपने पक्ष में नामान्तरण करवा लेता है और नामान्तरण के आधार पर खुद का स्वामित्व क्लेम करने लग जाता है। लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस स्थिति पर बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय दिया है जिसके अनुसार केवल नामान्तरण के आधार पर कोई व्यक्ति किसी सम्पत्ति का स्वामी नहीं होगा बल्कि ऐसी स्थिति में स्वामित्व तो उत्तराधिकार कानून के अनुसार ही प्राप्त हो सकेगा। इस विडियो में इसी टॉपिक पर चर्चा की गई है।
