In this video Op-Ed, Rodney Roussell tells his painful story for the first time on camera. In 2004, Rodney was incarcerated in Orleans Parish Prison for 8 months. Later, he was convicted of check fraud, and spent several years in prison in another Louisiana parish. Rodney claims he was raped and sold into sexual slavery for $20 in commissary items during his confinements.
