Eggless Pineapple Mirror Glaze Cake || Eggless Pineapple Cake || Holi Special Cake

It is a very delicious cake and its tastes also awesome. Here I have made this cake without using any egg, butter, curd. You can make this cake for any party or any occasion.

Ingredients:

For eggless pineapple sponge cake:
7 inch cake mould
1 + 1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/4 cup milk powder
1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
2 tbsp condensed milk
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp pineapple essence
1 tsp vinegar

For chocolate glaze:
100 gram white chocolate
75 gram fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk

For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water

For cream frosting:
1cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp pineapple crushed

[1 cup= 240 ml ]
