The BEST Beaches of Hvar - Croatia

1. Malo Zarace
This beach is easily accessible by car - you can park by the Velo Zarace Beach, it's about a 5-minute walk. Velo Zarace also has a restaurant, so you can walk there for lunch! Malo Zarace is absolutely stunning and you have to go if you're visiting Hvar.

2. Dubovica
One of the most popular beaches on Hvar, surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. You have to leave your car on the side of the road and hike for about 10minutes to get there. You can eat fresh seafood at a konoba, or hang out at the beach bar :)

3.Pokonji Dol
We never actually stayed on this beach when visiting Hvar, but we walked by it multiple times when we were on our way to Pachamama, Mekicevica, or Robinson Beach. Pokonji Dol has a gorgeus view, lots of sunbeds, beach bar and restaurant. I believe one of the James Bond movies was shot here. It has a huge parking lot right next to it, so it was always packed.

4. Pachamama
You can get there from the Pokonji Dol - it's at least a 10-minute walk -  often on rocks. We rented one of the sunbeds one afternoon, ate lunch, and had a couple of drinks.

5. Mekicevica
A short walk from Pachamama will get you to a secluded beach - Mekicevica. There's nothing but the beach, but you can go get your coffee or a glass of local wine to Pachamama or Robinson.

6. Robinson
Another couple of steps leads to Robinson, a beautiful little beach with a beach bar/restaurant, beach chairs, and amazing views.

7. Vinogradisce
If you rent a pasara for a day (which I highly recommend) you can also go to little beaches around Pakleni Islands. Our first stop was Vinogradisce, where we stopped just for a couple of minutes to relax in the shade and jump in the water.

8. Mlini
Another beach of Pakleni Islands - the color of the water here is unreal! Snorkeling here was quite interesting too.

9. Jerolim
I loved it there! You can take your pasara here, or you can take a boat taxi from Hvar! There are two beaches, one faces the Hvar city - excellent views!! And the other one has crystal clear water, so blue you wouldn't believe it. There is a beach bar under the trees with really cool seats.

10. Malo Borce
You will have to leave your car in Milna and hike for about 20minutes to get here, but it is sooo worth it. I love empty beaches (and crowded bars) so this one was my favorite. We were here alone for the majority of the day. Snorkeling was interesting there too.

11. Octopus
I really don't know what happened here, but I think we got lost or something :D. It took us a very painful 30 minutes to get there, but I think it might be easily accessible, we just didn't know what we're doing :D.  You can find this beach between Zavala and Gromin Dolac. It was gorgeous, but there was quite a lot of trash there.

12. Pascuka
You can leave your car pretty close to this beach so it's easily accessible. The beach was empty the whole day when we were there. There is also a restaurant, but it was closed at the time.
