Kamala Harris speaks about 2020 presidential bid and how she'll win

U.S. Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris spoke Monday just hours after declaring her presidential bid for 2020 and took questions about why she's the best candidate to defeat Republican President Donald Trump.

Harris spoke about her various plans should she be elected, including her foreign policy outlook, education and where she stands on LGBTQ issues.
