This year’s all-digital Green Carpet Fashion Awards focused on themes of togetherness, rebirth, and social and environmental justice.

This blazing orange wrap dress by Valentino features soft volant hems and is crafted from GOTS certified chiffon organza silk with components certified to be free from harmful chemicals by Oeko-Tex® 100 Standard. The gloves and sandals were selected from the Maison Valentino archives. Valentino’s visionary support of the Green Carpet Challenge began in 2012 with the iconic red gown worn by Livia Firth made from Newlife™ recycled polyester.

For 2020 Valentino has dressed Tomi Adeyemi. She is the Hugo & Nebula award-winning author of the number one New York Times bestselling books and upcoming movies: Children of Blood and Bone + Children of Virtue and Vengeance. She is also recognised by TIME as one of the 100 Most Influential People of 2020.
