Obama has given his view of many political leaders including Vladimir Putin, Manmohan Singh, Joe Biden and others in his memoir. The former US President’s description of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has caught the attention of netizens on social media. While he calls Manmohan Singh as ‘having a kind of impassive integrity,’ he describes Rahul Gandhi as one who is ‘eager to impress’ but ‘lacked either the aptitude or the passion’ to master the subject, according to a review of the book published in the New York Times.
