How to Kitesurf: Frontroll 2017

This video guides you through the simplest form of frontroll.

It explains the kite control for the lift required, and the body position needed to achieve enough rotation.

In another video we will cover popped frontroll (not relying on lift from the kite), unhooked frontrolls, and s-bends (unhooked frontroll, with a raley pushing the board above head height).

A few people used to call this a 360 (or front 360, or other names), but 360 is mainly used to describe handle passes now. The most common description for this trick is now frontroll.
