Bitterly Jealous

The plaintiff says she’s dating the defendant’s ex-boyfriend and father of her two kids. She claims they had broken up because the defendant attacked him with hammer, a coffee pot, and a car. She’s suing for emotional distress. The defendant claims her ex and the plaintiff are harassing her on social media, so she’s countersuing for emotional distress.
