Simple Tahini Fudge (Vegan Friendly & Low Carb) | No Sugar Desserts | ASMR | In Carina's Kitchen

A delicious fudge made from healthy fats, tahini and coconut oil, and natural sugars. Perfect as a snack to curb cravings on a low-carb lifestyle or as a dessert. Vegan friendly, just substitute honey for syrup of your choice.

Ingredients:
1 jar of tahini
3 tbsp coconut oil
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 pinches of salt
Honey or syrup of your choice

You can also add extras to this fudge, like berries, chocolate chips or more.

Method:
Add tahini, coconut oil and maple syrup to a saucepan. On your stove, mix on a gentle heat just until it all comes together. Take off the stove immediately. Grease a container or cake-pan of your choice. I used coconut oil to grease my pie tin. Add the filling and shake and tap lightly to get rid of any air bubbles and distribute the mixture evenly in the pan. Drizzle over some honey (if you are vegan you can omit this or use a different syrup), cover and put in the freezer to freeze overnight, or for at least 4 hours. When ready to enjoy, cut up into small bite sized pieces. The fudge melts quickly, so eat immediately and keep the rest in the freezer.
