Usually ignored by many tourists to Ukraine; this city with a population just less than 380,000 gives a real insight into daily life in Ukraine. As the people who live in Vinnytsia are real Ukrainians going about their real lives. While the world laps up the mainstream media's obsession with Ukraine Russia tensions - In Vinnytsia business carries on as usual for the locals.
