This is another case of automated systems failing to do their jobs. It's not exactly news for us creators here, but what I've learnt from this is that Facebook, I know it's gonna sound crazy, but Facebook has a worst system in place than Youtube does. I hope someone sees this and gets the system fixed because it really doesn't work as is.
