(vegan sour cream) Inspired /Borrowed by @hilltop 1. 1c 1/2 cashews boiled 4 T spoons of lemon & acv apple cider vinegar , -1/2c of water, 1 ts salt freezer til cold or fridge 4 hours… Hummus Red pepper wrap…. 1/4 ts Vegan butter or NOT to heat up wrap while melting V cheddar cheese… Filling: beyond beef-less plant based, 1 V sausage patty crumbled, 1 V s link crumbled All 3 fried with 1/8 onions & 1/4 RED pepper.& avocado oil (if you don’t have leftover ONION ring oil) 1 t spoon taco seasoning, b pepper, tiny piece of jalapeño , smoked paprika. 1/2 t, 1/2 t Onion powder, 1t ketchup (topped with salsa & your fav’s) #like #vegan #quesadillas #youtube #spicy
