Kelowna International Airport YLW - Arrivals and Departures 2013 - YouTube

August 3rd we were at the Kelowna Polo Club which is right by the runway of YLW so we turned the camera on the planes landing and taking off.
Kelowna International Airport YLW is a small efficient airport that connects travelers to larger airports and destinations in Canada and Internationally.
The airport is efficient and convenient for Okanagan residents but flights and destination travel can be quite a bit higher than from other Canadian or US airports.
Flying from Vancouver or Calgary to sun destinations in the winter can be hundreds of dollars cheaper per person, and we know many people who drive to Spokane for departures.
There appears to be a price to pay for convenience.
