tilt over tv / wind generator / turbine tower

This is a tv tower that I am using for a wind generator, I can make it 36 ft but I am starting with 26 ft first to see how it will work at that height. Self fabricated hinge base on the tower makes for easy up / down operation the 5/8 all thread goes through 5 pieces of 1/2 black pipe welded to the feet and the base angle iron to make the hinge. I have a thermodine PMA that will go on this tower.
