Adding Commenting Functionality to a React Spring Boot App - Part I

In this lesson we will be adding a new domain object (aka a database table) to our Assignment Submission App that we're building.

Our new ""Comment"" domain object will belong to assignments, so there will be a Many-to-One association between a Comment and an Assignment.

This will allow both a code reviewer and a student to leave comments (back and forth) on any given assignment, which will allow for communication between both parties.
