Master the Med Ball Low-to-High Woodchop to build elite rotational core power and total-body coordination!

💪 This dynamic exercise starts low at your waist on one side and explodes diagonally up and across your body to the opposite shoulder.

🔥 Pro-Tip: The "No-Fluff" secret? The Pivot. As you drive the ball diagonally upward from your low hip, pivot your back foot ($45^\circ$ rotation) and squeeze your glutes. This transfers power from the ground up through your core instead of just pulling with your arms!

⚠️ Coach's Note: Control the brakes! The deceleration at the top of the movement is just as important as the explosion on the way up. Stop the ball at the peak of the diagonal path using your core strength, rather than letting the momentum pull you out of balance. Quality and speed control are key!
