CHRISTMAS IN JULY ¦ Clear Sequin Envelope TUTORIAL ¦ Sequin Shaker Vinyl Pouch

Today I am revisiting an old classic, the Clear Sequin Envelope and giving it a Christmas in July makeover! Today I will show you how to make a cute Christmas version of this shaker pouch. This tutorial uses a sewing machine, but you could easily substitute this for a fuse tool.
