Nova: the Massive Moon Rocket we Didn't Build

The Saturn V rocket took American astronauts to the Moon in the 1960s, and it remains the largest, most powerful rocket ever launched from American soil. But an earlier lunar mission profile demanded an even larger rocket called Nova that promised to dwarf the already massive Saturn V.
