Villas at the Pointe September, 2023

After a brutal winter and change of site work contractors, foundations are starting to get into the ground. You'll notice that the majority of the foundations are in place in the 100 series buildings at the north end of the project. Building pads are starting on the 200 series buildings, with all townhome flatwork expected to be poured by the end of October.
